The East Parade Development is situated in the historic Little Germany area of Bradford. This project aims to enhance the existing urban landscape with a high-quality residential block that complements the area's conservation character.

The development seeks to create a visually harmonious addition to the Little Germany district while providing a financially viable solution. By integrating modern residential amenities with historical architectural elements, it aims to offer a unique living experience.

Architectural Design: The design incorporates features from the surrounding historic context, including arched windows and openings, to maintain a consistent streetscape. The facade uses buff brick and stone to match the local architectural palette.
Residential Amenities: The project includes 191 residential units across 20 stories, with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy access to rooftop amenities and private terraces.
Sustainability and Access: The development supports sustainable living with 242 bicycle storage spaces and shared parking. It features landscaped areas that enhance the pedestrian experience and improve street-level engagement.
